Greek Chicken

Greek Chicken
Butterflied boneless chicken breasts. 

Seasoned with fresh minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, 
fresh squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.

Cooked on the grill and served with a Greek Salad Salsa, 
baked potato and green beans that were also cooked on the grill.

  1. Inspiring! I often forget to make it, but I shouldn't. It's easy, tasty, and, if I use enough lemon, it doesn't require any additional salt. A perfect dish! Thanks for the reminder.
