Moe is training for the BC 55+ Seniors games
which takes place in September.
He will be competing in the 100m, 200m and 400m races.
He decided that he would prefer to eat more chicken as his protein.
Works for me - I love chicken.
So many ways to prepare it.
For variety we have also had pork and beef, but here are a few of the chicken dinners
we have had so far this month.
Made Chicken Katsu for
dinner one night.
Mixed up the sauce
before leaving for work.
I just mixed up a quick sauce to taste using:
1/2 cup ketchup
dried mustard
garlic powder
Worcestershire Sauce
rice vingegar
salt
pepper
Not something that I ate. Not a fan of
sweet sauces, especially when made with
ketchup. But Moe really liked it

Forgot how much I loved this dish.
Hadn't made it recently.
