King Crab, Greek Salad and Bread and Butter Pudding......

Ready to be steamed

How does that sound? To me, it sounds like Barb's Birthday dinner. Three of her favourite foods. Her husband Clif, bought 6 pounds of King Crab and gave it to me to cook. It was suppose to be a surprise, but Barb figured it out. I made the Greek Salad and the Bread and Butter Pudding with caramel sauce. Debated on making a birthday cake, but I knew that she would prefer the B & B Pudding. And I was right!!

You will find the recipe for the Bread and Butter Pudding and an outline for the Greek salad on the above links.

  2. WW, I'd be over the moon, if a friend ever cooked a meal like that for me.
I know, hardly Hallmark material, but that's just how I feel.

  5. It's probably the best thing in the world to come home to a well-prepared, well thought out dinner. What a nice friend you are!

However, crab legs have always creeped me out. They remind me of spiders. He he...
