And the Fun Continues...........

Along with the Danish I baked four loaves of French bread. I try to bake bread on at least one of my days off. It freezes well and is so much better than what I can buy. Bread is basically pretty cheap to make, but to buy a decent loaf of artisan bread is anywhere from $4.00 to $5.00 a loaf.

I love a good crust and my favourite sound is when it "talks", That wonderful crackling sound you hear when it comes out of the oven.

only 4-5$ for artisan bread? there's a place here in vic that charges 8$ though I must say it's almost worth it
