Monday was one of those days when we were staying put.
It had been snowing since Sunday and wasn't stopping any time soon.
So Monday became another Sourdough bake day.
I fed the starter again Sunday night and made a biga.
Because I have enough bread in the freezer, I've decided to make some fun breads today.
I roasted two bulbs of garlic for a couple of Roasted Garlic and Cheddar baguettes, and
pitted Kalamata olives for a Olive and Parmesan Boule.
This is what the Biga looked like Monday morning.
Really active.
Added it to a 1000g batch of dough.
Baked one large round with the Kalamata Olives
and two baguettes with roasted garlic and a combination
of old cheddar and smoked Gouda.
Roasted Garlic with both cheddar and smoked Gouda.
Makes the best toast.
Looks delicious!
