This is a catch-up post for the
first two weeks of 2016.
After this I am going to try and make
daily posts, assuming I have something to share.
January 10th
Greek Chicken with potatoes and Greek Salad.
Butterflied a whole chicken and rubbed it with
lots of garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and the juice of a lemon.
Potatoes were roasted a long side the chicken with a little chicken broth and the juice of a whole lemon.

January 9th
Chicken Kiev.
Seasoned butter. Boneless chicken breasts stuffed with butter, breaded and deep fried.
Served with rice and lima beans.

January 8th
Penne with Grilled Italian Sausage

January 7th
Moe's Breakfast
Pancakes and bacon.

January 7th
Live Lobsters were on sale so
I bought three for Moe and I to share.
I parboiled them and then finished them on the grill.
Served with mini twice baked potatoes topped with broccoli and cheddar cheese.

January 6th
Homemade Pitas.
Baked a batch of bread and used some of the
dough to bake six pitas.
Chicken Souvlaki in Pita for dinner.
Used some of the pitas cut up with homemade Hummus.

January 5th
My favourite Mexican Chicken Rice Soup
for lunch.

January 2nd
Prime Rib that had been presalted for two days.
Roasted at 500°F.
Served with Yorkshire Puddings and homemade horseradish.
