Moe loves breakfast.
Might even be his favourite meal of the day.
Just a few of his recent breakfasts.
Scrambled Eggs with tomatoes and Toasted homemade Sourdough.
Biscuits
Topped with Sausage Gravy
And poached eggs.
Caramelized Onion, Spinach and Cheese Omelette.
Fettucine Alfredo
With Poached Egg.
French Toast
Sausage and Potato Fritatta
Hard Boiled Eggs
Steak and Eggs
Mushroom Omelette
Poached Eggs
Poached eggs on Homemade Baguette.
Soft boiled eggs with toast fingers.
Everything looks terrific but those biscuits look perfect. Unless you're willing to adopt me, I wish you wouldn't post stuff like this that make me drool all over my chest :-)
ReplyDeleteOMG! Can't stand how beautiful everything looks!
ReplyDeleteI love the look of those biscuits. Is the recipe available by chance?
ReplyDeleteElsie, yes the recipe for biscuits is on the blog a number of times with different options. You can find the recipe here...........http://www.thibeaultstable.com/2012/07/buttermilk-biscuits-for-breakfast.html
DeleteI'm with Moe. I love breakfast, especially savory ones. All your breakfasts look fabulous. You've given me some much needed inspiration. I should make breakfast for dinner more often.
ReplyDeleteOooh, thank you! Do you use whipping cream? Also, would I add small diced cheese cubes when doing the first of multiple folds? Lastly, have you ever baked these from frozen? I have been looking for a good biscuit recipe for a while and if mine turn out like yours I will be a happy camper. BTW, I remain in awe of your breads. I can't seem to get another sourdough starter going.
ReplyDeleteNever mind responding to the cheese question as it is part of the instructions. Yes, I really can read, but you would be forgiven if you questioned that ability!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those biscuits with sausage gravy look fantastic! Add the poached eggs, mercy! That cup of soft boiled eggs also make me drool. The bread I need not comment on as I have many other times. I never would have thought of linguine Alfredo for breakfast, but with the eggs...hmmmm.
