I've been multi-tasking this morning.
Took the dough that was made on Sunday, out of the fridge early this morning.
While the dough was coming to room temperature, I cut the handles in to 50 of our Petite Table Art boards.
My neighbour gave me a big bowl of cherry tomatoes, red and yellow from his garden, so I put them in the oven to roast.
and two "Pizzettes"
Topped with the roasted tomatoes,
fresh mozzarella, olives and basil.
Pizzettes just took a few minutes to bake.
Out of the oven by 10:00. Moe and Matt each at one for a late breakfast.
Served on one of our Petite Table Art Boards.
Crust was wonderful.
Nice airy rim.
the bread loaves and pizzettes all look outstanding.
ReplyDeleteGreat brunch!
ReplyDeleteI would have added anchovies though, I'm addicted to them.
They look lovely.
I'm in the process of making your French bread recipe as we speak. Your pizzettes look delish. I love roasted tomatoes (and everything else on top of your pizzas!)
