March Meals


Grilled Chicken Breast and Grilled Zucchini  
topped with fresh mozzarella and oven roasted tomatoes.  

Roast Beef with Yorkshire Puddings and homeamde horseradish.

Grilled Hot Dogs with 

Homemade potato chips.

Grilled Sirloin Steak

With baked potatoes and sautéed cherry tomatoes.

 Eggplant  and Tofu in Black Bean Sauce.

 Roast Chicken Dinner

With bread dressing and a cauliflower gratin.

 My favourite soup - Mexican Chicken Rice.

Rigatoni with Basil and Garlic meatballs.

Made with ground chicken instead of my regular pork.

  1. Your plating and pictures are always just out of this world. You are such inspiration to me and to many others.
    Right now I am proofing a batch from Flour Water Salt Yeast....I call this bread my bucket bread. But never never will it come out as holey as yours...Something I am trying to achieve. Thanks for sharing all your expertise. shirl36
