Beef Tenderloin

I bought a whole Beef Tenderloin recently.
Sterling Silver Beef

I trimmed and divided it into a small roast, steaks 
and tenderloin tips for the freezer.

 Over the last two weeks we have had grilled steaks
and 

Filet Mignon in a Green Peppercorn Sauce

This is one of my favourite ways to serve a steak.

Served with Parisienne Potatoes.


And

Beef Kabobs - Grilled

Beef tenderloin does not  need to be marinated for tenderness.  
But I do marinate for up to a couple of hours just to season. 

Served with deep fried potato wedges and a Greek Salad.
