Halibut - First of the Season

Halibut season opened recently.
 
 Our first meal of the season.

Simply prepared. 

Pan seared and then finished in a hot oven.
 

Served over ribbons of zucchini in a light cream and  fresh tomato sauce.
 
 
Sweet fresh Halibut - nothing better.
