Homemade Potato Chips

The same company "Joie"  that made the 

French Fry Cutter

also makes a

Potato Chip Slicer.

It comes with a little bowl and insert.

The insert is actually meant to be used in the microwave to make
potato chips without using oil.

I really can't recommend making potato chips in a microwave. 

But I can definitely recommend this little gadget for slicing potatoes into the perfect
slices  for potato chips.

Served with Beef (French) Dip Sandwiches.
Leftover Prime Rib.
