The julienned zuc is perfect did you get one of those little tools I have been seeing?
Thanks Monique. I have a little gadget that looks like a potato peeler, but makes julienned cuts. Had it years, but keep forgetting to use it. Worked great on the zucchini.

It all looks delish, but the Greek sounds especially appetizing this week, and your zucchini is my favorite way to have it. We call zucchini our new potato.
