Butter-basted Farm Fresh Eggs
I presalted a nice thick Rib Eye steak on Tuesday with the intentions of grilling it for dinner Thursday or Friday. That didn't happen. So I grilled it this morning for Moe's breakfast.
Even a great steak will benefit from being presalted and left uncovered in the fridge for a couple of extra days.
