Blueberry Muffins
I have a number of blueberry muffin recipes that I love, but I thought I would try a different recipe today. One I found on another blog "Helena Bakes".
The blueberries were local and I made a couple of minor changes to the recipe. I subbed sour cream for most of the milk and added a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
This is a very nice moist muffin and was perfect for breakfast with a cup of coffee.
