Skillet Breakfast

Breakfast has always been a favourite of Moe's. Especially if it includes eggs.

Today I made him
a skillet breakfast
of fried potatoes, sauted ham
with tomatoes,
garlic and chives
and farm fresh
free range eggs.
















And to dip in those beautiful dark yellow yolks - my homemade sourdough bread toasted.

  2. Ann ..Jacques would have enjoyed that..He eats fruit 7 days a week.. adds oatmeal in winter..Once in a blue moon..if we are out for a breakfast ..once a yr! He will eat this!!
