I presalted a chicken on Wednesday with the intentions of roasting it yesterday. Plans changed. I cooked the prawns yestersday instead so that left the chicken for tonight's dinner. I split it up the back and layed it out flat on the grill. Chicken was rubbed with fresh garlic, and lots of fresh ground black pepper. Served with potatoes that were also cooked on the grill and steamed corn.

Chicken on the Grill
