Easy Dessert

Blackberry Turnovers

I still had half a package of puff pastry leftover from last night - so I made Blackberry turnovers.

No recipe. Took some blackberries out of the freezer, mixed with a little sugar and cornstarch. Spooned on to the dough, topped with 1/2 teaspoon butter, brushed edges with egg wash, folded the dough over the filling, sealed the edges with a fork, brushed with egg wash, sprinkled with sugar and into a 450°F oven for about 15 minutes.
